I provide therapy for individuals who want more than coping skills — who want to understand the patterns beneath their stress, relationships, and emotional reactions.

Sessions are 50 minutes and conducted in person in Leduc or virtually across Alberta.
I begin with structure — understanding your history, current stressors, and goals. From there, sessions unfold collaboratively. Some days are skill-based and practical. Other days are reflective and exploratory.
You can expect:
• Increased awareness of emotional and relational patterns
• Exploration of unspoken fears or assumptions
• Gentle but direct challenge when needed
• Tools to regulate anxiety and strengthen boundaries
• Space to speak openly without needing to performI pay attention to what is being said — and what isn’t.
